We are offering high purity graphite products, which go through special refinement treatment where metal impurities are removed.
Characteristics
Ultra high purity treatment
In response to customer demands, there are two purity ranges: after purity (P) treatment (under 20 ppm), and after ultra high purity (U) treatment (under 5 ppm).
High purity of large-size parts
Because we have a large-size purification furnace, high purity can be offered for parts at any size the customers wish. Furthermore, since we also have a planning and processing sector, we can also offer combined machining and high purity treatment.
Function
Preventing contamination through high purity treatment
In fields like semiconductor manufacturing, where products with strict purity requirements are produced, high purity graphite can be used for heat resistant components, thus contamination of the products can be prevented and a high quality level can be maintained.
Suppressing oxidative consumption through reduction of metal impurities
By reducing the metal impurities, the formation of compounts on the grapihte parts in high temperature environments which can work as oxidation catalysts, consuming the graphite, can be suppressed.
