Overview
Newly developed for Plastic, Forging, Die cast mold electrode as "Super low wear electrode for finish machining". It can be supplied large block, so it is able to apply various electrode shape.
Characteristic
Low wear
It is suitable to make fine plastic mold and die cast mold by low wear during EDMing.
Large size
It is able to supply 1.2m size block.
Function
It is suitable for fine mold making as EDM electrode by low wear. Moreover, it has potential to reduce number of electrode usage. Also, it is able to use as structure parts that require load by high strength and large material.
