Overview
We have developed large materials for industrial furnaces. Compared to the conventional ET-10, strenth and oxidation resistance have been improved, and it is a material with high versatility and improved lifespan, that can be used for all structural elements.
Characteristics
Large size
With a lenth of 1.5 m it can be used for parts for large scale furnaces (furnace walls, heater).
High electrical resistivity
Compared to other materials so far, the electrical resisitvity is high, even in environments of about 1500°C, we expect a power reduction ca. 10 %.
Function
The long lifespan of isotopic graphit which is due to the hig oxidation resistance, is very suitable for insulating parts of furnace walls. Large size parts of up to 1.5 m apply to various conditions. Furthermore, due to the low thermal conductivity and the combined effect of heater and furnace walls, the expenses for power consumption can be reduced significantly.
